Service Description
At Knine Dog Studio, we offer a unique opportunity for your canine companions to be groomed by our talented groomers in training—Hana, Amber, and Holly—who are eager to gain experience and confidence. Each grooming session, supervised by our senior stylists, includes a thorough check before your dog goes home, all while receiving a £10 discount. Services may take up to 3.5 hours. Trust us to pamper your pet while supporting our dedicated team!
Cancellation Policy
Additional fees/ surcharge policy: (fees start from £5.00) Matting charge - It takes a lot longer than a normal groom / causing tools to blunt quicker than usual. Flea/tick removal - We have to cancel the appointment immediately and are required to deep clean the studio, resulting in cancelled appointments, the surcharge will be 50% of quoted fee. Late fee - We don’t have the facilities to look after your dog because it is such a busy studio. We allow up to 30mins before a charge is incurred. Cancellation fee - As they say time is money. We give all customers 24 hours' notice, so 50% will be charged if less than 24 hours notice given to cancel.
