Service Description
Treat your furry friend to a spa day with our Wash and Blow Dry - Small package at Knine Dog Studio. Add on our Doos and Doodles deshed package for the ultimate pampering session. Your pooch will receive a lather of conditioner to release dead hairs and an extended brushing session to get rid of as much shed as possible. This service is perfect for short-haired or double-coated dogs with an undercoat.
Cancellation Policy
Additional fees/ surcharge policy: (fees start from £5.00) Matting charge - It takes a lot longer than a normal groom / causing tools to blunt quicker than usual. Flea/tick removal - We have to cancel the appointment immediately and are required to deep clean the studio, resulting in cancelled appointments, the surcharge will be 50% of quoted fee. Late fee - We don’t have the facilities to look after your dog because it is such a busy studio. We allow up to 30mins before a charge is incurred. Cancellation fee - As they say time is money. We give all customers 24 hours' notice, so 50% will be charged if less than 24 hours notice given to cancel.
